Each rule set is re-checked against its official source at least every 30 days. When a law, threshold or deadline changes, the tool is updated and the change is logged here.

Changes we are watching
- Medicare KX and medical review thresholds (2026): CMS publishes next year’s amounts in the Physician Fee Schedule final rule, usually in November.
- Mechanics lien deadlines, 10 states: State legislatures change lien laws most often in spring sessions; Texas changes take effect September 1 or January 1.
