Questions

Who are these tools for?

Outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology practices in the US that bill Medicare Part B or commercial payers using timed CPT codes.

Are the tools free?

Yes. The calculators work without an account and run in your browser. Therapy Pro, now in development, will add batch checks, reminders and saved reports for a monthly fee.

Is patient information sent anywhere?

No. The free tools never ask for patient names, and everything you enter stays in your browser.

How do you keep the rules current?

Each tool shows the rule it uses, the CMS source and the date we last checked it. When CMS publishes a change, such as new yearly thresholds, the tool and its date are updated.
