Dental implant payment calculator
See what implants, All-on-4, veneers or Invisalign would cost per month, at the rates and terms dental lenders commonly offer. Practices can add it to their own website for free.
What would my treatment cost per month?
An estimate only, not a credit offer. Your actual price, rate and approval depend on your treatment plan and the lender. Typical prices: PatientFi, 2026.

Cost is the question every implant and cosmetic patient asks first. Financial barriers are the most common reason US adults give for skipping needed dental care (ADA Health Policy Institute). A monthly figure turns a scary total into a decision patients can make.
Paste it into any page of your website (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and most builders accept it as an “HTML” or “embed” block). It’s free and needs no account.
How the estimate works
The calculator uses the standard amortizing loan formula. It subtracts your down payment, converts the annual rate to a monthly rate, and spreads the rest evenly over the months you choose. At 0% it simply divides the amount by the number of months.
It does not include origination fees, deferred-interest terms or insurance contributions. Some dental plans pay part of orthodontic treatment, and promotional 0% plans can charge back-dated interest if the balance isn’t paid in time. Always read the lender’s terms.

Questions
How much is a dental implant per month?
It depends on the price, down payment, rate and term. For example, a $4,500 single implant financed over 24 months costs about $188 a month at 0% and about $208 a month at 9.99% APR. Use the calculator for your own numbers.
How much does All-on-4 cost per month?
At a typical $25,000 per arch with nothing down, 60 months at 9.99% APR is about $531 a month, and 60 months at 0% is about $417 a month. Lenders set the actual rate after an application.
How is the monthly payment calculated?
With the standard loan formula: payment = amount × r ÷ (1 − (1 + r) to the power of −n), where r is the annual rate divided by 12 and n is the number of months. At 0% the payment is simply the amount divided by the months.
Are these prices accurate for my dentist?
They are typical US ranges, not quotes. Your price depends on your treatment plan, materials, location and whether extractions, bone grafts or sedation are needed. Ask your dentist for a written estimate.
Can my dental practice add this calculator to its website?
Yes, for free. Enter your practice name, brand colour and booking link above, copy the code, and paste it into any page of your site.
Does the calculator collect patient information?
No. It runs in the visitor’s browser, stores nothing and asks for no personal details.
